The Crew

Dominique Brannon is an American music producer who goes by the name of U’nique Music. Dominique serves as the music consultant for By Any Other Name’s official soundtrack and score.  Dominique was born in Anchorage, Alaska and was raised in Longview, Texas and Raleigh, North Carolina. Attending Millbrook High School and studying business at North Carolina Central University.

Anjail Haqq, is a Masters level therapist specializing in mental health treatment modalities  for individuals, families and groups in crisis. Through her background in clinical therapy and organization community development, she serves as both an Interview Consultant and Production Coordinator for By Any other Name: An Exploration of Afro-Amerindian Heritage

Mark Clarke serves as Assistant Director for By Any Other Name: An Exploration of Afro-Amerindian Heritage.  Originally from New York, Mark's professional background includes middle and secondary education, as well as Media & Communications. In addition, Mark has an independent film experience and lends these talents to the project.

Jesse Benjamin is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice, and the PhD Program in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. He is a Board Member at the Walter Rodney Foundation (WRF), based in Atlanta, where he Chairs the Publication committee and Co-Chairs the Annual Symposium Committee. He is Editor of the peer-reviewed journals South and ATL, and Co-Editor of Groundings (the WRF publication) and Pamoja (a KSU student publication), and head of the Global South Research Consortium. With a strong background in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology, Jesse works as the Production Consultant for By Any Other Name: An Exploration of Afro-Amerindian Heritage.
